Terms and Conditions

  1. The ZUJI "Dashing through the sale" Promotion (the “Dashing through the sale” starts from 21 November 2016 midnight (00:01) to 11 December 2016 (23:59). Timings are based on Singapore Local Time.
  2. The Promotion comprises:
    1. A. 12% Hotel Code for Eligible Card Members (as defined below);
    2. Up to $120 Rebate for Flight or Package Bookings for Eligible Card Members; and
  3. This Promotion is only applicable for existing American Express® Card Members who meet the following criteria:
    1. Successfully completes purchase of Flight or Hotel from zuji.com.sg during the Promotion Period, for flights, or hotel stays within periods specified below.
    2. Purchase must be charged in full to an Eligible American Express Card.
    3. Eligible American Express Cards” mean American Express Cards issued by American Express International International Inc., in Singapore (excluding American Express Corporate Cards and American Express Cards issued by DBS Bank Limited, United Overseas Bank Limited, Citibank Singapore Limited and EZ-Link Pte Ltd).

A. 12% Hotel Code for American Express Card Members

  1. To qualify, a hotel booking must be booked on zuji.com.sg between the “Promotion” Period using an American Express Card.
  2. The hotel code is only travel for hotel stays by 31 May 2017.
  3. Payment must be made using an American Express Card issued by American Express International Inc., in Singapore (excluding American Express Corporate Card and American Express Cards issued by DBS Bank Limited, United Overseas Bank Limited, and/or Citibank Singapore Limited).
  4. Promotion is valid exclusively for American Express Card Members only. ZUJI reserves the right to charge non-qualified cards with the discounted value.
  5. Each qualifying booking is eligible for a one-time savings pursuant to this Promotion only.
  6. The code must be entered at the payment page in order to enjoy the 12% savings.
  7.   8. American Express International Inc., and the service establishments reserve the right to change the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
  9. This promotion is not valid for payments/booking transactions made with any vouchers/eVouchers, i.e. ZUJI eVouchers, ZUJI travel vouchers, etc.
  10. This promotion does not apply to phone bookings, or any bookings made on other channels, aside from zuji.com.sg.
  11. In the event that another promotion on zuji.com.sg offers a higher saving within the same period, for the same product, with the same promotion criteria, the higher saving will be applied to the booking.
  12. In the event of any cancellation and/or amendment,
    • Card Member will be charged the relevant fee(s) as indicated in the booking Terms and Conditions;
    • The saving value will not be refunded.
  13. By completing/confirming a purchase/booking, Card Member acknowledges the acceptance of all related Terms and Conditions governing the Promotion and holiday bookings.
  14. ZUJI will not entertain any claims or adjustments via other savings promotions offered by ZUJI or its partners prior to, or after the launch of this Promotion.
  15. ZUJI is not responsible for booking requests received after the Promotion Deadline as a consequence of telephone or Internet service delays, interruptions, failures or overloads.
  16. ZUJI at its sole discretion reserves the right to modify the Terms and Conditions from time to time and/or cancel this Promotion without prior notice.
  17. The decision of American Express and/or ZUJI on all matters, queries or disputes, concerning the Promotion shall be final.

B. Up to $120 Rebate for Flight or Package Bookings for Eligible Card Members

  1. To qualify, a flight or package booking must be booked on zuji.com.sg between the “Promotion” Period using an Eligible American Express Card.
  2. The flight or package booking must meet the following criteria:
    • Departure must be from Singapore and date of departure must not be after 31 May 2017
    • To qualify for the $50 rebate, a minimum spend of $800 must be met in a single booking
    • To qualify for the $120 rebate, a minimum spend of $1800 must be met in a single booking
  3. Payment must be made using an American Express Card issued by American Express International Inc., in Singapore (excluding American Express Corporate Card and American Express Cards issued by DBS Bank Limited, United Overseas Bank Limited, and/or Citibank Singapore Limited).
  4. Promotion is valid exclusively for American Express Card Members only. ZUJI reserves the right to charge non-qualified cards with the rebate value.
  5. Each qualified booking is eligible for a one-time rebate.
  6. For all flight bookings, Card Members are required to submit the rebate claim form after payment for the booking is done in order for his rebate to be processed.
  7. Upon validation, successful claims will receive their rebate for the respective booking in their Card statement within 8 weeks from the date of submission.
  8. Unsuccessful claims will not receive any notification from ZUJI. Kindly email ZUJIPromotions@zuji.com to enquire on the status of your rebate claim.
  9. American Express International Inc., and the service establishments reserve the right to change the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
  10. All information is correct at the time of production.
  11. This promotion is not valid for payments/booking transactions made with any vouchers/eVouchers, i.e. ZUJI eVouchers, ZUJI travel vouchers, etc.
  12. In the event that another promotion on zuji.com.sg offers a higher rebate within the same period, for the same product, with the same promotion criteria, the higher rebatewill be applied to the booking.
  13. In the event of any cancellation and/or amendment,
    • You will be charged the relevant fee(s) as indicated in the booking Terms and Conditions;
    • The rebate value will not be refunded.
  14. A Flight Booking Fee (Flight Booking Fee) will apply for both online and offline bookings. This fee will be clearly reflected as “ZUJI Booking Fee” on flight review and confirmation.
  15. Rebate will only be calculated based on the flight fare, airport taxes and fuel surcharges. Flight Booking Fee is not included. 
  16. By completing/confirming a purchase/booking, you acknowledged the acceptance of all related Terms and Conditions governing the Promotion and holiday bookings.
  17. ZUJI will not entertain any claims or adjustments via other savings promotions offered by ZUJI or its partners prior to, or after the launch of this Promotion.
  18. ZUJI is not responsible for booking requests received after the Promotion Deadline as a consequence of telephone or Internet service delays, interruptions, failures or overloads.
