I hope the galaxy hotel can provide me more premiums. For me, I spent long time in the casino and also spent lots of money in the shops of hotel. So, hope the galaxy can keep my choose and let me choose it next time.

Good complimentary shuttle bus service from ferry terminal to hotel & vice versa. Spectacular half-hourly Diamond Lobby show. Good choice of on-site restaurants to suit various tastes. Extremely efficient check-in and check-out. Well-groomed, friendly & helpful hotel staff. The only disappointment is from closure of the Wave Pool due to maintenance work : perhaps in future, prospective guests can be forewarned during the on-line booking procedure. The stench of cigarette smoke in the public gaming area is uninviting but an understandable necessary concession for the hotel.

The service staff are very helpful and take initiative to offer you any assistance that they think you might need. The hotel looks grand and luxurious especially the levitating diamond at the front lobby. Got a room that overlooks the wave pool, room is clean and with all the necessities provided. Signage in the hotel provides clear directions unlike some other hotels in Macau. Free wifi and the connectivity is pretty fast and stable. The concierge staff were also very professional and provide good customer service. They went the extra mile to offer you assistance. Overall it was a very comfortable stay and will definitely stay here again during my next visit to Macau!

My family and I were very happy to stay Galaxy Hotel. Especially our children, they loved playing at the podium. Staff is very helpful. Unfortunately, some maintenance works were carrying out on the Wave Pool at that days. It had made us feel a little bit sad!

I am traveling along with my fractured left patella after surgery not long ago, have two pin and three wires inside, this will be my adventure after surgery which I told myself! be prepare! After a lot of sweat, I take the galaxy bus arrived the Hotel! As I arrived just in time for the lobby color light show is on, it was exquisite, so a lot of pictures have been taken! I got registered very fast, because every where you can find the hotel service member in every corner, and they are all very kind with sweet smiling to serve you! They have free buses to go any where in town you want to. quite convenient ! swimming pool is beautiful, I just look out from the window, I dont think I can swim with my leg still not totally recovered yet! The room quite nice and big, got everything you want even some snake pringles chip and instant noodle! There are plenty to shop around even you stay in! This is nice experience for me! By the way you need one thousand dollars Macau money for the down payment by the hotel rule, just in case you watch room movies!
