In the unlikely event, you find an Eligible Lower Rate for the exact same Hotel elsewhere, either online on another Singapore-based website or online on www.zuji.com.sg (without it being classified as a Top Secret Hotel), within twenty-four (24) hours of your booking, simply notify us by filling out the online form. |

Upon successful verification, you will receive a refund for the difference in price, and an additional 20% off your next hotel booking on www.zuji.com.sg. Note that your original Top Secret Hotel booking cannot be cancelled or amended.

Terms & Conditions
When does the Top Secret Hotel Lowest Price Guarantee apply?

The Top Secret Hotel Lowest Price Guarantee applies to Top Secret Hotel bookings made on www.zuji.com.sg only on or after 5 July 2012. |
| 2. |
In order to qualify as an Eligible Lower Rate, the lower rate must be for an identical hotel booking, inclusive of all taxes and fees. All booking details, including the following, must exactly match the details of the revealed Top Secret Hotel you booked on ZUJI:
• hotel (including room type)
• dates and times of check-in
• all applicable cancellation and refund policies of the hotel
• hotel needs to be prepaid in full and be instantly confirmed at the point of booking

An Eligible Lower Rate does not include rates on coupon sites, as well as other websites where the hotel property is opaque or unknown until after purchase, or where prices are determined by any sort of name-your-own-price, or auction/ bidding services. An Eligible Lower Rate does not include errors or mistakes, including pricing errors. |

An Eligible Lower Rate must be both advertised and available to the general public on a Singapore-based website or www.zuji.com.sg. An Eligible Lower Rate shall not include corporate discounts or rates, group rates, charter rates, rewards program rates, incentives, meeting rates, convention rates, consolidator or interline prices, or prices available only by using a coupon or voucher, or any other rates or promotions not offered to the general public. An Eligible Lower Rate cannot come from a website, which requires you to call to get the rate, or from an email that you received. An Eligible Lower Rate must be quoted and booked online in Singapore dollars (without reference to any currency converters). |

The Top Secret Hotel Lowest Price Guarantee applies to the entire Top Secret Hotel price, including all taxes and fees.

How do I invoke the Top Secret Hotel Lowest Price Guarantee?

You must contact us by completing and submitting the online form on our website within twenty-four (24) hours after completing your Top Secret Hotel booking booking on www.zuji.com.sg. |
| 2. |
To qualify as an Eligible Lower Rate, the lower rate must be available for booking at the time you contact us, as determined by ZUJI. ZUJI will not accept screenshots or other purported evidence of a lower price. |
| 3. |
All requests, including receipts and required documentation, are subject to ZUJI's verification. ZUJI's decisions are final. By submitting a Top Secret Hotel Lowest Price Guarantee request, you fully and unconditionally agree that you are bound by these Terms and Conditions and by ZUJI's decisions. ZUJI will not grant any Top Secret Hotel Lowest Price Guarantee request that it believes, in its sole discretion, is the result of a printing or other error or is made in bad faith. |

All Top Secret Hotel Lowest Price Guarantee requests will be verified within five (5) working days upon receipt. Requestor will receive an email from ZUJI staff on whether the claim request is successful. |

For qualifying bookings, we will process the refund of which is the price difference between the Eligible Lower Rate you have found and submitted to us via the online booking form, and the Top Secret Hotel price booked on www.zuji.com.sg, inclusive of all taxes, and fees. You shall receive your refund within thirty (30) days after we verify and notify you of your successful claim request. The refund will be in the form of a credit to the credit card you used to pay for your Top Secret Hotel booking. In addition, a Hotel Promo Code offering a 20% discount on the next hotel booking made with ZUJI at www.zuji.com.sg (the “Hotel Promo Code”) will also be sent to you to your email address used to make the Top Secret Hotel booking within five (5) working days after we verify and notify you of your successful claim request. |

Please note that there can be no cancellation or amendment of your existing Top Secret Hotel booking, whether or not you invoke the Top Secret Hotel Lowest Price Guarantee.

Other important information

Cancellations, amendments and refunds are strictly not permitted for Top Secret Hotel bookings. |
| 2. |
Hotel Promo Code: Each Top Secret Hotel booking that is verified and qualifies for the Top Secret Hotel Lowest Price Guarantee shall be entitled to receive only one (1) Hotel Promo Code per booking. The Hotel Promo Code shall expire (90) ninety days from the date of issuance, and shall not be replaced if lost. Extension of Hotel Promo Code validity is strictly not allowed. The Hotel Promo Code may be redeemed only once and has no cash value. Any value in the Hotel Promo Code not utilized in one single booking transaction will be forfeited. If the Hotel Promo Code has been utilized on a hotel booking that is later cancelled or amended, the value of the Hotel Promo Code will not be refunded, and all cancellation and amendment fees will still apply. You may not post the Hotel Promo Code on the Internet or any public forum, or forward, sell or transfer the Hotel Promo Code to any other person. Use of the Hotel Promo Code is subject to the Hotel Promo Code terms and conditions . If you violate the Hotel Promo Code terms and conditions, ZUJI reserves all of the rights and remedies available to it, including charging your credit card for the amount of the Hotel Promo Code or hotel booking without taking into account the value of the Hotel Promo Code, cancelling your reservation without a refund to you, and all other remedies available to ZUJI. Use of the Hotel Promo Code is also subject to ZUJI’s User Agreement and Privacy Policy . |

The Hotel Promo Code is not valid for use where payment for the hotel booking is required to be made directly to the hotel or supplier. |

It is your responsibility to ensure that a valid email address is provided. ZUJI will not be responsible whatsoever for any failure or delay in the delivery of the Hotel Promo Code as a result of any erroneous or invalid email address being provided by you. |
| 5. |
ZUJI shall not be liable for any injury, loss or damage of any kind as a result of your acceptance, use or misuse of the Hotel Promo Code, including any travel or stay related or pursuant thereto, including but not limited to, personal injury, death, and property damage. |

ZUJI reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify or discontinue the Top Secret Hotel Lowest Price Guarantee or to restrict its availability to any person, at any time, for any reason, and without prior notice or liability to you. ZUJI's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. The terms contained in the ZUJI User Agreement and Privacy Policy are incorporated and made a part of these Terms and Conditions. |
