Unfortunately, our ZUJI PhotoShare contest has run into issues of violating a set of promotional rules and regulations on the platform. And before we get totally out of touch with you, we need to tweak the mechanics of PhotoShare a bit.

But worry not, for all those who have participated and uploaded photos, all of you will still receive your eVouchers. Just give us till 5 March to calculate your earnings and we will PM you on 8 March on how you can redeem your entitlements.

YOU CAN STILL SHARE AND WE PAY :)

Please do continue to let the memories of your travels reward you and inspire another journey. PhotoShare contest continues through to 12 March. Simply upload your travel photos on either Flickr or Picasa and send us the album link. We feel bad about having to make you change the way you share the photos, and so we’re going to give you 30 cents per qualified photo instead of the promised 10 cents!

The same criteria still apply. And a few additional ones, now that we’ve had to change the submission format:

1. When you create your album on Picasa or your set on Flickr, please name it “ZUJI PhotoShare_YourName”. We’re only recommending these two sites so that we can manage your entries better and ensure we check every photo carefully and give you your due earnings.
    
2. Email us the link at sinto.staff@zuji.com, with the subject line same as your album name.
   As before, we will go in “like”/comment on the photos that meet our criteria, and you will allocate 30 cents in ZUJI vouchers for each of these photos.
    
3. To earn $1 vouchers for each photo, you’ll still need to get 10 unique friends to go in and “like”/comment on them as well.
   If you’ve already uploaded your photos here on Facebook, please do not send them to us again. We will only reward you once!
    
4. Any photos uploaded here on Facebook after 6pm today, 26 February, will not be eligible.

Share your photos on ZUJI Singapore’s Fan Page in 3 Simple Steps:

1. Get to our fan page, and scroll down to the “Photos” box on the left. Click on the “See All” button.

2. You will be led to a new page, where you should click on “Add Photos” in the sub-navigation bar.

3. If you want to add photos from your existing albums, click on “Add from my Photos”, select the photos you want to share, and click on “Add Selected Photos”. If you want to share photos saved on your computer, click on “Upload Photos”.

That’s it! You’re all set.

• For every photo you upload, we will decide if it meets our criteria. If it does, ZUJI will “like” it.
  And you will get a 10 cents ZUJI voucher for each of these ZUJI “liked” photos. C’mon, you’re not going to upload only one miserable photo right?
   
• If your photos are liked by the others, we’ll pay you more!
  Each photo that has been “liked” by us AND has at least 10 more unique “likes” is worth a $1 ZUJI voucher. Upload your photos early to give us and other folks enough time to “like” them.
   
• At the end of the contest period, we will choose the 10 best photos from all the uploaded ones.
  And if your photo is one of them, we will give you a $100 ZUJI voucher for that photo!

No catch. But we do have some terms and conditions, of course:

• There is no limit to the number of photos you can upload. But each photo should be unique. No multiple angles of the same scene or different poses/people in the same scene.
   
• Each photo should have a simple description of the scene and country of holiday experience.
   
• Having people in there is cool with us, but the focus should definitely be on the scene.
   
• All the money you earn will be dispensed in the form of ZUJI travel vouchers that are not transferrable and cannot be converted to cash.
  
  On 24 Feb 2010, we will Private Message you on Facebook with a Chinese New Year greeting :) and of course an update of how much you have earned since 8 Feb 2010 - the start of the contest.
  
  At the end of the contest on 12 Mar 2010, we will Private Message you again with your final total earnings, and we’ll ask for your email address to send the ZUJI voucher to you. You can then redeem the voucher on zuji.com.sg.
  
  If you do not hear from us either on 24 Feb or 12 Mar 2010, it means that the travel photos you have uploaded do not meet our above-mentioned contest criteria. Sorry!
   
• ZUJI will take over all the rights of the top 10 winning photos, and we will need you to send us the original image file. Of course, we will check with you before announcing you as a winner. If you’d rather hang on to your photo and let go of $100, that’s fine with us! Otherwise, we’ll have the 10 winning photos on our site and across our newsletters for ZUJI customers and members to appreciate your photography skill and envy your holiday experience.
   
• If you have any questions or issues, write to us via a Private Message on Facebook. And give us an email address for us to get back to you (yes, yes, only regards to your issue in question, no spam.)
   
• In case of any dispute, our decision will be final. Only fair, isn’t it? We think so!

Easy, isn’t it? Go on then, start sharing your photos. Add some travel dollars to your Ang Bao earning this year! If you belong to the group who needs to distribute dollars during CNY, oh well, start saving now by just snapping and sharing.
