Terms and conditions
 
  • This DBS/POSB promotion (the “Promotion”) is only open to persons who own a DBS/POSB MasterCard
    issued in Singapore (the “Customers”).
    This Promotion is from 24 April 2013 to 31 December 2013 (the “Promotion Period”). Timings are based on SGT (Singapore time).

    Additional 12% Promo Code for all Hotel Bookings
  • To qualify, each Customer must fill up the required particulars on the redemption form and submit the same to ZUJI during the Promotion Period. Customers may submit multiple redemption forms during the Promotion Period.
  • Upon each successful verification and validation by ZUJI, a Promo Code will be sent to the Customer via email to the email address provided by the Customer in the redemption form, within one (1) working days from the date of submission of the redemption form or such longer period as may be determined by ZUJI. It is the Customer's responsibility to ensure that a valid email address is provided. ZUJI will not be responsible whatsoever for any failure or delay in the delivery of the Promo Code as a result of any erroneous or invalid email address being provided.
  • Each Customer shall only be entitled to receive one (1) Promo Code for each successful validation of the DBS/POSB MasterCard submitted in the redemption form.
  • The discount value of the Promo Code will be twelve percent off all hotels, and shall only be used for online hotel bookings made on www.zuji.com.sg, provided such hotel booking is of a minimum spend of SGD450, inclusive of taxes and surcharges, in one single transaction.
  • The Promo Code is valid for fourteen (14) days from the date of issue and may only be used for online hotel bookings made on www.zuji.com.sg with a minimum spend of SGD450, inclusive of taxes and surcharges, in one single transaction. Customers may make multiple redemptions of the Promo Code during the validity period of the Promo Code provided that each redemption is for an online hotel booking made on www.zuji.com.sg with a minimum spend of SGD450, inclusive of taxes and surcharges, in one single transaction. Extension of Promo Code validity is strictly not allowed.
  • The Promo Code is not valid for use where payment for the booking is required to be made directly to the supplier, including but not limited to, at on-site check-in at the hotel premises.
  • The Promo Code cannot be used for hotel reservations at properties belonging to the following chains: (a) Accor Hotels (Accor Hotels, Pullman Hotels and Resorts, Sofitel, Ibis, Mercure, Grand Mercure, All Seasons, Novotel, Mgallery, hotelF1, Formule, Sea Temple, Quay West, The Sebel and Citigate), (b) Hilton Hotels Corporation (Conrad Hotels and Resorts, Hampton Inn, Hilton Garden Inn, Hilton International, Double Tree by Hilton, Embassy Suites, Homewood Suites by Hilton and Waldorf Astoria Hotels and Resorts), (c) Intercontinental (ANA Hotels, Crowne Plaza Hotels, Holiday Inn, Hotel Indigo, Intercontinental Hotels, Special Properties, Staybridge Suites and Candlewood Suites), (d) Marriott International (Bulgari Hotels & Resorts, Courtyard by Marriott, Marriott Hotels, JW Marriott, EDITION, Marriott Vacation Club, Renaissance Hotels, The Ritz-Carlton, Fairfi eld Inn & Suites by Marriott, SpringHill Suites by Marriott, Residence Inn by Marriott and TownePlace Suites by Marriott, (e) Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide (aloft Hotels, Le Meridien, Luxury Collection, Sheraton Hotels, The St. Regis, W Hotels, Westin Hotels and Resorts and Element Hotels), (f) Atlantis Hotels and Resorts, (g) Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts (Shangri-La Hotels, Shangri-La Resorts, Traders Hotels and Kerry Hotels), and (h) Marina Bay Sands.
  • Under no circumstances can any portion of the Promo Code be converted into cash whether by way of refund or otherwise. If a Customer has received a Promo Code but does not wish to use it, ZUJI will not refund the whole or any part of the value of the Promo Code to such Customer.
  • If a Promo Code has been utilized on a booking that is later cancelled or amended, the value of the Promo Code will not be refunded, and all cancellation and amendment fees will still apply.
  • The Customer undertakes to pay for the difference between the purchase price for the booking and the value of the Promo Code. Any balance payment of the purchase price, after deduction of the Promo Code value, must be made by the Customer. The Customer further acknowledges and agrees that the Promo Code is only valid for use in one single booking transaction and any value in the Promo Code not utilized in one single booking transaction will be forfeited.
  • ZUJI reserves the right to charge to the Customer's credit card used to make the booking with the full purchase price of the booking, without taking into account the value of the Promo Code, should any part of these Terms & Conditions be violated.
  • The Promo Code may not be transferred or sold, and should be exclusively used by the Customer only. ZUJI is not responsible to the Customer or to any other party for compensation as a result of the above-mentioned actions or any other breach of these Terms & Conditions.
  • The Customer shall not tamper with or in any manner modify, alter, deface or damage the Promo Code, or act in any manner which would be in violation of these Terms & Conditions, including all related terms and conditions. ZUJI reserves the right to refrain from accepting any Promo Code that has been tampered with or which has been modified, altered, defaced or damaged. ZUJI further reserves the right to pursue legal action against any Customer or person who it believes has acted in contravention of these Terms & Conditions, including all related terms and conditions.
  • The Customer shall not use or attempt to use the Promo Code and/or our website www.zuji.com.sg in a fraudulent, unlawful, improper, harassing, excessive, harmful or abusive manner. This shall include but not be limited to, trying to circumvent the features and functionality of the Promo Code and/or www.zuji.com.sg, uploading any virus or other malicious code, using any automated means (such as harvesting bots, robots, spiders, or scrapers) to access content or information relating to the functioning of the Promo Code and/or www.zuji.com.sg , engaging in conduct which may disable, overburden or impair the proper working of the Promo Code functionality and/or www.zuji.com.sg such as a denial of service attack, attempting to decipher, decompile or reverse engineer any software, or probing or attempting to tamper with or harm our systems, networks or customers. If ZUJI suspects a violation of this provision, ZUJI may, without prior notice, refrain from accepting any Promo Code presented by such Customer, immediately suspend or terminate such Customer’s access to our website www.zuji.com.sg, including all related websites, and pursue legal action against such Customer or any person who ZUJI believes has acted in contravention of these Terms & Conditions, including all related terms and conditions.
  • The Customer expressly agrees that by his/her participation in the Promotion, ZUJI may use any information collected in respect of the Customer, in any media or future promotional, publicity and marketing material, without any reference, payment or other compensation to the Customer subject to applicable privacy and data protection laws. Each Customer's personal information may be disclosed to governmental or regulatory bodies.
  • The Terms & Conditions are to be read in conjunction with any other conditions upon which the Promo Code may be issued. All bookings/transactions, including those using the Promo Code, are also governed by the user agreement, privacy policy and Promo Code terms and conditions found on www.zuji.com.sg.
  • By completing/confirming a purchase/booking, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to the Terms & Conditions herein and all related terms and conditions governing the Promotion and bookings.
  • The Promo Code cannot be used in conjunction with any other voucher, offer, discount or concession. ZUJI will not entertain any claims or adjustments through other discounts or savings promotions offered by ZUJI or its partners prior to, or after the launch of this Promotion.
  • ZUJI shall not be responsible for submission of redemption forms after the Promotion Period or for any late, misdirected, lost or unsuccessful efforts to notify the Customer or send the Promo Code, as a consequence of telephone or Internet service delays, interruptions, failures or overloads and shall in no event be responsible for any act, omission, failure or delay arising from, but not limited to, an act of God, riots, acts of terrorism, labour or industrial dispute, any strike, natural disaster, or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of ZUJI.
  • Subject to applicable law, ZUJI does not make any warranties or representations whatsoever regarding the Promotion and/or Promo Code and does not accept any responsibilities therefore. Each Customer agrees that ZUJI is not responsible or liable for any costs, damages, claims, demands or liability incurred by the Customer in participating in the Promotion, including but not limited to injury or damage to the Customer's computer.
  • ZUJI will not be responsible for any failed attempts to use the Promo Code, whether caused by telecommunications failures, internet disruptions or any other cause whatsoever. In the event of any failure by the Customer to utilize the Promo Code for any reason whatsoever, ZUJI shall not be liable to refund, reimburse or make good the value of the Promo Code to the Customer in any manner.
  • ZUJI, its parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors and employees, shall not be liable for any injury, loss or damage of any kind as a result of the Customer's participation in the Promotion or from the acceptance or use or misuse of the Promo Code, including any travel or accommodation stay related or pursuant thereto. This includes, without limitation, personal injury, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy.

  • To qualify, a Hanoi, Osaka or Sydney Flight booking made with a DBS/POSB MasterCard must be booked on www.zuji.com.sg between 24 April 2013 to 31 May 2013.
  • A minimum of two traveling passengers is required.
  • Each Customer must fill up the required particulars on the redemption form and submit the same to ZUJI during the Promotion Period.
  • Upon each successful verification and validation by ZUJI, the 2% rebate will be reimbursed back into the same credit card used to make the package booking - within 45 days from the date of submission.

    Additional 5% rebate off Hanoi, Osaka & Sydney Packages (Flight + Hotel).
  • To qualify, a Hanoi, Osaka or Sydney Package (Flight + Hotel) booking made with a DBS/POSB MasterCard must be booked on www.zuji.com.sg between 24 April 2013 to 31 May 2013.
  • A minimum of two traveling passengers is required.
  • Each Customer must fill up the required particulars on the redemption form and submit the same to ZUJI during the Promotion Period.
  • Upon each successful verification and validation by ZUJI, the 5% rebate will be reimbursed back into the same credit card used to make the package booking - within 45 days from the date of submission.

  • This promotion is not valid for payments/booking transactions made with any vouchers/eVouchers, i.e. ZUJI eVouchers, ZUJI travel vouchers, etc.
  • In the event that another promotion on zuji.com.sg offers a higher discount within the same period, for the same product, with the same promotion criteria, the higher discount will be applied to the booking.
  • Cancellations & Amendments
    In the event of any cancellation and/or amendment,
    i) You will be charged the relevant fee(s) as indicated in the booking terms and conditions;
    ii) The discount value will not be refunded.
  • By completing/confirming a purchase/booking, you acknowledged the acceptance of all related terms and conditions governing the Promotion and holiday bookings.
  • ZUJI will not entertain any claims or adjustments via other discounts or savings promotions offered by ZUJI or its partners prior to, or after the launch of this Promotion.
  • ZUJI is not responsible for booking requests received after the Promotion Deadline as a consequence of telephone or Internet service delays, interruptions, failures or overloads.
  • ZUJI at its sole discretion reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions from time to time and/or cancel this Promotion without prior notice.
  • The decision of ZUJI on all matters, queries or disputes, concerning the Promotion shall be final.
