How does the ZUJI Best Price Guarantee work? |

Book a package (Flight + Hotel) together in a single transaction on www.zuji.com.sg. |
| 2. |
In the unlikely event, you find an Eligible Lower Rate for the exact same package (Flight + Hotel) elsewhere online on another Singapore-based website within twenty-four (24) hours of your booking, simply notify us by filling out the online form. |
| 3. |
Upon successful verification, you will receive a refund for the difference in price, and a SGD$60 ZUJI package voucher for your next holiday package booking. |
The ZUJI Best Price Guarantee must satisfy the requirements of the terms and conditions listed below.

Terms & Conditions
When does the ZUJI Best Price Guarantee apply?

The ZUJI Best Price Guarantee applies to package (Flight + Hotel) bookings made on www.zuji.com.sg only on or after 3 May 2011. |
| 2. |
In order to qualify as an Eligible Lower Rate, the lower rate must be for an identical booking, where the same flight and hotel are booked together in a single transaction, inclusive of all taxes, fuel surcharges and fees. All booking details, including the following, must exactly match the details of the package (Flight + Hotel) you booked on ZUJI:
• specific airline carrier (including class of service)
• hotel (including room type)
• dates and times of departure, routing and check-in
• all applicable cancellation and refund policies of the airline and hotel
• both airline and hotel need to be prepaid in full and be instantly confirmed
at the point of booking

An Eligible Lower Rate does not include rates on coupon sites, as well as websites where the carrier, hotel property are opaque or unknown until after purchase, or where prices are determined by any sort of name-your-own-price, or auction/ bidding services. An Eligible Lower Rate does not include errors or mistakes, including pricing errors. |

An Eligible Lower Rate must be both advertised and available to the general public on a Singapore-based website. An Eligible Lower Rate shall not include corporate discounts or rates, group rates, charter rates, rewards program rates, incentives, meeting rates, convention rates, consolidator or interline prices, or prices available only by using a coupon or voucher, or any other rates or promotions not offered to the general public. An Eligible Lower Rate cannot come from a website, which requires you to call to get the rate, or from an email that you received. An Eligible Lower Rate must be quoted and booked online in Singapore dollars (without reference to any currency converters). |

The ZUJI Best Price Guarantee applies to the entire package (Flight + Hotel) price, including all taxes, fuel surcharges and fees.

How do I invoke the ZUJI Best Price Guarantee?

You must contact us by completing and submitting the online form on our website within twenty-four (24) hours after completing your package (Flight + Hotel) booking on www.zuji.com.sg. |
| 2. |
To qualify as an Eligible Lower Rate, the lower rate must be available for booking at the time you contact us, as determined by ZUJI. ZUJI will not accept screenshots or other purported evidence of a lower price. |
| 3. |
All requests, including receipts and required documentation, are subject to ZUJI's verification. ZUJI's decisions are final. By submitting a ZUJI Best Price Guarantee request, you fully and unconditionally agree that you are bound by these Terms and Conditions and by ZUJI's decisions. ZUJI will not grant any ZUJI Best Price Guarantee request that it believes, in its sole discretion, is the result of a printing or other error or is made in bad faith. |

All ZUJI Best Price Guarantee requests will be verified within five (5) working days upon receipt. Requestor will receive an email from ZUJI staff on whether the claim request is successful. |

For qualifying bookings, we will process the refund of which is the price difference between the Eligible Lower Rate you have found and submitted to us via the online booking form, and the package (Flight + Hotel) price booked on www.zuji.com.sg, inclusive of all taxes, surcharges and fees. You shall receive your refund within thirty (30) days after we verify and notify you of your successful claim request. The refund will be in the form of a credit to the credit card you used to pay for your package booking. A SGD$60 ZUJI package voucher will also be sent to your email address used to make the package (Flight + Hotel) booking within five (5) working days after we verify and notify you of your successful claim request.

Other important information

| 1. |
Any modifications, changes or cancellations made to an existing package booking that has an associated ZUJI Best Price Guarantee claim will result in voiding of the claim. |
| 2. |
SGD$60 ZUJI package voucher: Each package booking that is verified and qualifies for the ZUJI Best Price Guarantee shall be entitled to receive only one (1) SGD$60 ZUJI package voucher per booking. The package voucher shall expire one (1) year from the date of issuance, and shall not be replaced if lost. Extension of package voucher validity is strictly not allowed. The package voucher may be redeemed only once and has no cash value. Any value in the package voucher not utilized in one single booking transaction will be forfeited. If the package voucher has been utilized on a package booking that is later cancelled or amended, the value of the package voucher will not be refunded, and all cancellation and amendment fees will still apply. You may not post the package voucher on the Internet or any public forum, or forward, sell or transfer the package voucher to any other person. If you violate these package voucher terms, ZUJI reserves all of the rights and remedies available to it, including charging your credit card for the amount of the package voucher or package booking without taking into account the value of the package voucher, cancelling your reservation without a refund to you, and all other remedies available to ZUJI. Use of the package voucher is subject to ZUJI’s User Agreement and Privacy Policy. |

The package voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other voucher, offer, discount or concession. The package voucher is not valid for use where payment for the package booking is required to be made directly to the service provider. |
| 4. |
It is your responsibility to ensure that a valid email address is provided. ZUJI will not be responsible whatsoever for any failure or delay in the delivery of the package voucher as a result of any erroneous or invalid email address being provided by you. |
| 5. |
ZUJI shall not be liable for any injury, loss or damage of any kind as a result of your acceptance, use or misuse of the package voucher, including any travel related or pursuant thereto, including but not limited to, personal injury, death, and property damage. |
| 6. |
ZUJI reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify or discontinue the ZUJI Best Price Guarantee or to restrict its availability to any person, at any time, for any reason, and without prior notice or liability to you. ZUJI's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. The terms contained in the ZUJI User Agreement and Privacy Policy are incorporated and made a part of these Terms and Conditions. |
