|Promo Code Terms & Conditions
- Promo codes provided to you by ZUJI Travel Pte Ltd (“ZUJI Singapore”) or its partners or affiliates (the “Promo Codes”) will have the value, exclusions and limitations as notified to you at the time you were provided with the Promo Code, and may be valid for limited periods.
- The Promo Code is valid only for qualifying purchases made on the Site. A qualifying purchase means the purchase of the specified product or services in accordance with the conditions notified to you at the time you were provided with the Promo Code.
- The Promo Code is not valid for use where payment for the qualifying purchase is required to be made directly to the supplier or hotel, including at on-site check-in at the hotel premises.
- A Promo Code may only be used once per qualifying purchase and is applied to the transaction as a whole, not per customer. The Promo Code can only be used during the promotion period. If a Promo Code is no longer valid upon entry, you will be notified.
- To redeem the Promo Code, you simply type the Promo Code into the promotional code field in the check-out section of the Site, click the validate button and the relevant discount will be automatically deducted from the final price of your qualifying purchase. If you fail to enter the Promo Code at the time of purchase as specified above, your purchase will not be eligible for the discount. Discounts may not be claimed after you have confirmed your purchase on the Site.
- The Promo Code cannot be used for hotel reservations at properties belonging to the following chains: (a) Accor Hotels (Accor Hotels, Pullman Hotels and Resorts, Sofitel, Ibis, Mercure, Grand Mercure, All Seasons, Novotel, Mgallery, hotelF1, Formule, Sea Temple, Quay West, The Sebel and Citigate), (b) Hilton Hotels Corporation (Conrad Hotels and Resorts, Hampton Inn, Hilton Garden Inn, Hilton International, Double Tree by Hilton, Embassy Suites, Homewood Suites by Hilton and Waldorf Astoria Hotels and Resorts), (c) Intercontinental (ANA Hotels, Crowne Plaza Hotels, Holiday Inn, Hotel Indigo, Intercontinental Hotels, Special Properties, Staybridge Suites and Candlewood Suites), (d) Marriott International (Bulgari Hotels & Resorts, Courtyard by Marriott, Marriott Hotels, JW Marriott, EDITION, Marriott Vacation Club, Renaissance Hotels, The Ritz-Carlton, Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott, SpringHill Suites by Marriott, Residence Inn by Marriott and TownePlace Suites by Marriott, (e) Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide (aloft Hotels, Le Meridien, Luxury Collection, Sheraton Hotels, The St. Regis, W Hotels, Westin Hotels and Resorts and Element Hotels), (f) Atlantis Hotels and Resorts, (g) Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts (Shangri-La Hotels, Shangri-La Resorts, Traders Hotels and Kerry Hotels), and (h) Marina Bay Sands.
- You may not redeem or exchange the Promo Code or applicable discount for cash. You may not use or combine the Promo Code with any other promotions or promotional codes unless permitted by ZUJI Singapore.
- If you do not use any amounts available in the Promo Code, you will forfeit such amounts.
- If your purchase exceeds the amount of the Promo Code, you must pay for the balance.
- If you wish to change a booking made using a Promo Code after the promotion period, you will be required to repay the amount that we contributed towards your booking as well as any other fees or charges that apply to the charge.
- If lost or stolen, the Promo Code will not be replaced.
- ZUJI Singapore prohibits the posting of the Promo Code on the Internet or any public forum, or the forwarding or giving of the Promo Code to any other person.
- ZUJI Singapore MAKES NO REPRESENTATION AND EXCLUDES ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO PROMO CODES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, AVAILABILITY, QUALITY, TIMELINESS, PERFORMANCE OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, INCLUDING ANY OF THE PRODUCTS OR SERVICES PURCHASED USING A PROMO CODE. IN THE EVENT THAT A PROMO CODE IS NOT FUNCTIONAL, YOUR SOLE REMEDY, AND THE SOLE LIABILITY OF ZUJI SINGAPORE, SHALL BE THE REPLACEMENT OF THE NON-FUNCTIONING PROMO CODE.
- In the event of any violation of these Terms and Conditions, ZUJI Singapore reserves all of the rights and remedies available to ZUJI Singapore, including without limitation, charging your credit card for the amount of the discount obtained by your use of the Promo Code, cancelling your reservation without a refund to you, and all other remedies available to ZUJI Singapore.
- ZUJI Singapore reserves the right to change the Promo Code and these Terms and Conditions from time to time in its sole discretion and to modify, suspend or cancel any Promo Code or related promotion at any time.
