Ujwal has over 14 years of experience in product marketing and management for internet, mobile and desktop software. He has contributed in key roles in global companies such as Yahoo!, and Adobe (Macromedia) & startups and has worked in India, Europe and the US.

Prior to joining Travelocity, Ujwal co-founded and launched Taggle.com in India (funded by Greylock Partners and Battery Ventures) and served as its Chief Product officer.

At Yahoo! Ujwal drove global product management for Yahoo! Image Search, Audio Search, Desktop Search, and many other products. Besides various achievements, he lead the landmark integration of Flickr in Yahoo! Image Search & other Yahoo! Search properties. At WinSoft France (Adobe partner), Ujwal spear-headed the launch of Adobe Creative Suite in Europe and Middle East Asia. During his tenure, WinSoft doubled its product portfolio and revenue. At Adobe (Macromedia), he was part of the product management team that launched Macromedia Studio 8. In his stint as Director Product Management at mCheck, Ujwal drove product offerings provided by mChek to India's top Mobile brands such as Airtel and Tata DoCoMo.

Ujwal holds an MBA (PGSEM) from IIM Bangalore and lives with his family in Bangalore. He has travelled to over 11 countries and his favorite holiday destination is Mauritius.
